THE GOLDEN EAGLE

When you look at this Golden Eagle, you see power.

The Golden Eagle has been a symbol of power throughout history. It has been used by many influential dynasties in the world.

The Aztec associated the eagle with their god Huitzilopochtli. Eagle warriors were one of the main leading military special forces of the Aztec armies. Not only has the eagle been used as a symbol for either power or strength but it also as has been honored by religions and mythologies. Zeus’ personal messenger and animal companion, known as, “THE AETOS DIOS” was a giant golden eagle.

Romans believed carrying the eagle would bring them victory and strength in battle. The Mongolians partnered with the eagles in hunting and sometimes battle. Nazi Germany was drawn to the golden eagle for its resemblance to power.  The eagle to them symbolized courage, strength, and victory. The United States uses the cousin of the golden eagle, the bald eagle, as a symbol for the approved strength and freedom of the nation.
